Graduation ceremony 2009
The Graduation ceremony of pioneer college of arts and science was conducted at Devarajan Auditorium on 16th October 2009 at 10.00am. The Chief Guest
Dr.M.N.G.Mani Secretary General, International council of Education of people with visual impairment Coimbatore, awarded degrees and medals to 321 graduates and four rank holders.
In his address to the graduates, he focused on the importance of setting goals and working towards them. He defined 'excellence has a habit and not an act. He said the country belongs to the youth and it is up to them to create a powerful India with each ones contribution and total involvement. In our country 65% of the population consists of youth in the age group of 20 26. So, change for a better powerful country has visioned by Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam lies in the hands of the young graduates.
Ms.S.Samantha devi of B.Sc Comp.Sci (2005 2008 batch), the fifth rank holder, Ms.N.Kowsalya of B.Sc Comp.Sci (2005 2008 batch), the fourth rank holder, Mr.R.S Satheshbabu B.B.M(2005 2008 batch),7th rank holder, Ms.P Kowsalya B.B.M(2005 2008 batch),10th rank holder in the Bharathiar University Examinations are being honoured during the Graduation ceremony.
